Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 26 August 2026

Greenfield is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

1. Measures Taken

To ensure accessibility, we have implemented the following measures:

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy.
  • Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements.
  • Sufficient colour contrast ratios for text and interactive elements.
  • Alt text for images and non-text content where applicable.
  • Responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes and devices.
  • Support for screen readers and assistive technologies.
  • Clear and consistent navigation throughout the platform.

2. Conformance Status

The Greenfield platform partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are continuously working to improve accessibility and address any identified gaps.

3. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas of the platform may have accessibility limitations:

  • Some third-party integrations may not fully comply with accessibility standards.
  • Complex data tables may be challenging to navigate with screen readers.
  • Drag-and-drop interfaces (e.g., Kanban boards) may have limited keyboard support.

We are actively working to address these limitations in future releases.

4. Feedback

If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us. We take accessibility feedback seriously and will make reasonable efforts to address issues promptly.

5. Compatibility

The platform is designed to be compatible with:

  • Modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
  • Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver).
  • Keyboard-only navigation.
  • Mobile and tablet devices.

6. Assessment Method

We assess accessibility through a combination of automated testing tools, manual review, and user feedback. Accessibility is considered during the design and development of all new features.
